Hospice Care

Our Hospice program, which was established in 1982, provides support and coordinated care during serious illness, including pain management, family education, comfort measures and much more. We provide these services in your home and in several nursing homes.

We employ a team of specially trained registered nurses, social workers, nursing assistants, chaplains and volunteers. Our Hospice medical director makes home visits and is on-call providing consultation and medical direction to our team. Our trained volunteers are working each day to provide patients and their families, with support and respite.

Inpatient Hospice Care

The Hospice Suite at Saint Antoine provides 24 hour hospice inpatient care to individuals when complicating factors make staying at home not possible.

Services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
